Dialysis Testing Porous Plastic Consumables

Price: 0.6 INR/Number

Our Dialysis Testing Porous Plastic Consumables prevent the entry of solid impurities into the dialyzer, avoiding any disruption in the dialysis process. Porous plastic discs are used at the two ends of a dialyzer; these discs are used to prevent solid impurities which may be present in the blood from entering the dialyzer and also prevent any solid impurities from leaving the dialyzer as part of the cleansed blood. Additional porous plastic filter discs are fitted at the entrance pipe of the dialysis fluid; preventing any harmful solid impurities from entering the dialyzer.

Pipette Filter Tips

Price: 0.25 INR/Piece

We spear headed the manufacturing of Pipette Filter Tips in India in the 1990s. Since then, we have continuously innovated our porous plastic filters to make sure that we have the best product in the market. We have successfully developed and sold millions of Pipette Filter tips to clients across the world, predominantly in India, China, United States of America, United Kingdom and Germany. Since a large quantity of our Pipette Filters is supplied overseas, we only use the best Polypropylene, imported from Europe, to make our PP filter discs for Pipettes. Our porous plastic discs are fitted in the plastic pipette tips to prevent the pipette from getting damaged by any aerosols, particulates or effervescence that may escape from the blood / liquid that is sucked into the pipette tip. Further, it ensures uncontaminated sample recovery and accurate results of testing by preventing cross-contamination and sample carryover.

HPLC Filters (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

Price: 1 INR/Piece

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a technique in analytical chemistry used to separate, identify, and quantify each component in a mixture. As one of the only manufacturers of HPLC Filters, we have successfully been providing the porous plastic filter discs to multiple vendors across the country for over 15 years. Our HPLC Filter Discs are strategically engineered to prevent the passage of unwanted solid material from one phase of the HPLC test to the next phase, thus preventing any irregularity or incorrectness in the outcome.

Dissolution Test Filters

Price: 0.5 INR/Piece

The porous plastic Dissolution Test Filters are used during the dissolution tests of tablets, capsules, ointments, etc. to obtain the desired solution or liquid in a container, while preventing the transfer of any solid impurities. This enables the accurate testing of the required solution / liquid during research and development. Continuous in-depth research and experiments have helped us in perfecting the techniques required in manufacturing porous plastic filters for dissolution tests. We pride ourselves in constantly upgrading the quality of our Dissolution Test Filters, in order to always be one step ahead of the market. Our world-class infrastructure gives us the ability to manufacture these products in bulk and sell them at a relatively low price. In addition, our filters are easily replaceable, making them ideal for one-time use situations.

Plastic Filter For Dropper

Price: 0.5 INR/Piece

We provide porous plastic discs to filter out solid impurities that may have entered a dropper. Droppers are used to put medicinal liquids into the bodies of humans and animals; while using these droppers one must be careful to not pass on any solid impurities from the dropper into the bodies of humans or animals. Thus, the mouths of these droppers are fitted with porous plastic filter discs to prevent the passage of solid impurities which may have accidently entered into the droppers. The micron rating, porosity and pore size of the filter disc can be adjusted to let only a required, limited amount of liquid pass through the dropper (drop by drop).
